
After a month long hiatus from the gym and healthy living, on Monday I decided to get back at it. Although I am very happy that I have lost 37lbs, on my own with no fad dieting or outrageous pills, I know that there is a lot more work for me to do, in order to get to my goal. I didn't want to be that person that lost 37lbs but still fat! Soooooo I hit the gym on Monday, Tuesday and today and it feels great. With my new work schedule I had to make time and devise a new schedule to help e to meet my goals. So don't worry guys I am still at it and strong as ever....just like before I still have a few set backs from time to time (Starbucks, McDonalds, Fried Food and Juice) but that's life right?
