This has truly been a hard week as far as my weight loss goes. My weekend was so full of fun, drinks and good food that I must have shocked my body and I am now facing the feat of getting back on track...and boy is it hard. On Monday and Tuesday I did not eat enough and I did not do what was necessary to get my work outs in, but today is a new day and I will be getting back on track. I am going t have my breakfast, work out and commit myself to the schedule that previously allowed me to lose 20lbs!....
