
When I initially started my journey for 5 weeks I wrote down every single thing that I ate! From lettuce to butter to sunflower seeds, if it I ate I documented it along with its number of calories...... This helped to see exactly what I was consuming, how many calories and assisted with portion control. After about 5-6 weeks of this I was able to eat without writing it down and I learned what portions really look like. So for you Divas who are not doing this already or you don’t know what portions really look like then please give it a shot! The first week or so will be difficult but it will become second nature in no time! You will notice that you are not hungry throughout the day, you won’t go over your allotted daily calorie intake and most of all you will feel like YOU are in control of what you are eating! ....Now that I am hopping back on the bandwagon after 2 weeks of backsliding, I am going back to this just to get in the swing of things again!
