My mom has been eating healthier as well and she recently read an article they asked if she is a eliminator or a moderator….meaning, are you the type of person that has to eliminate certain things from your diet, or can you eat those things in moderation?...Now at the beginning of my journey I would say that I had to be a eliminator, but now that I know what a serving and calories “look like” I can now say that I am a moderator. I do believe that it is important for us to know the difference between the two and be honest with ourselves when asked which one we are. If you know that you are an eliminator, then it is best to keep those tempting foods out of sight, and avoid them at all cost. On the other had if you are a moderator then it is best for you to do just that…eat in moderation…..
