Trend Alert: Bib Necklaces!!!

I already told you guys that I am on a super tight budget, which does not work to well when you are a shopaholic like I am! Well recently the beau, Tuna decided that since I am loosing weight and some of my clothes aren't fitting he has committed to buying me something every week...Not necessarily a full out fit because he to is on a budget and we both have bills but you a little something here and there! Well recently I went to Target to find some new, well fitting things and I was blown away by there costume jewelry selection and I noticed a haute trend that was in years ago when I wasn't feeling it, but now I am loving it LOTS!!.....The trend: ....bib necklaces and with the right apparel they are adorable!! I picked up two of them from Target, one silver and the other black!
