Is this legal?

Today while surfing the net I ran across an article titled "Tired of Seeing Underwear, Mother Launches Clothing Line to Let People "Sag" with Dignity"...The nosey misses in me just HAD to click on the link to see what kind of ish someone has conjured up in the hopes of a quick come up!...As I read on I learned that a woman by the name of Thomasina Clarke from St. Louis decided that she was tired of seeing the underwear of young men and dykeish woman and wanted to do something about it!...so at this point, you are probably thinking, WOW this is a great idea and blah..blahhhh.blahhhh....wait for it......wait for it........................................This woman, decided that she would create pants that allowed the ignorant, sloppy, possibly no job having, fake rapper/gangster/thug wanna be BLEEPSSS to "SAG WITH DIGNITY".....*crickets*.........is this legal? because it shouldn't be!..if this is not the dumbest thing I have ever heard??? ........I can't do anything but roll my bleepin eyes! Why not educate them so that they understand why showing your underwear outside the privacy of your own home is not acceptable to the public!....as if that just didn't explain it!!.......Instead she created jeans with double waist bands. The first waist band is at your waist *WHERE YOUR PANTS SHOULD BE* and the second waist bang gives you the look of sagging although your underwear is not showing! eww...can someone say SLOPPY??...oh and FYI: the motto is "Bagg'ns: If you must sag -- sag respectfully, sag responsibly."....and the creater of these not so hute fashions said "sagging is like cursing in front of your mother".....*eyes roll*
