My goals in weight loss are:
Drink 48oz. of water per day
Reduce my calories to 1500 per day
Work Out everyday of the week
Get down to 150lbs
So far:
I do drink 48oz. of water per day and this is a huge deal for me because I usually don't drink anything except juice.
I have reduced my calories to 1500 calories per day, sometime is go a little over and some weekends I mess up but overall I am doing much better!
I have been working out twice a day, but starting Monday I plan to go walking with my boyfriend at a local park every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I will do some weight training and on Sundays I will try a little yoga!...I am really excited about this new routine and I will keep you all posted on how it goes.
Obviously I am not at 150 yet! But I remain hopeful and I will be posting pictures soon.
