ummm yummy!...what do I snack on now?

Before I started this journey my favorite snack was a good ole' fashioned bag of Cheetos that usually consist of 2.5 servings, yet I managed to make it one serving, a small box of "Boston Baked Beans" and a 16oz glass of Coke to wash it all down!....You can log on to calorieking.com yourself and figure up exactly how far away from a heart attack and diabetic coma I was once I devoured this overwhelmingly sweet, salty and fatty snack, but please keep it to yourself!
Now I enjoy lovely fruit bowls with bananas, strawberries and and topped with slivered almonds or some assortment of nuts. Or a little yogurt topped with granola. Unlike the snacks previously described, my "new"snacks are well under 200 calories and they are pleasing, filling and also really pretty to look at!
Honestly since I started taking responsibility for my health, and began eating like an adult and not a middle schooler; left home alone in the summer and made to fend for myself, I don't miss the junk at all. I thought that I would go through withdrawals and break down, but it has really been pretty easy!
